Warning: Getting lots of comments (see below) on Mr Cloud not delivering so only order at your own risk

Wow, this is turning into Wii T-Shirt central. Anyway a T-Shirt company called MrCloud has now created a way to print your custom Wii character, called a Mii on a T-Shirt. It costs $19.99 Oops, they mean 19.99 quid, or 30+ dollars… and takes a few days but what an amazing idea.

Mii Head tee 02

This is so awesome and makes me want a Wii so frikin badly, damn nintendo.

You can send us your Mii in one of the following ways:
1): Email us your Wii friend code, we will send you ours and you can then Wii-mail your Mii to us.
2): Take a digital photograph of your Mii on your TV and email the picture to us.

As these shirts are personalised you should expect a short delay before we can send them out.

Also Mr Cloud has some other really cool shirts, including a blast from the past Hong Kong Phooey :-)

  1. Weee to that :-)

  2. Crosius

They have this great idea and they don’t call it a “Tii”?

You mena the Wii isn’t going to suffer the same fate as the iPod (i-everything)?

  3. karl

LOL nice one… i’m not sure it’s a problem that everything is called iThis and iThat, it gets annoying as a consumer though :-)

  4. And to think, the “i” originally referred to “internet”…

  5. John

We are collecting information on this vendor regarding non-shipment of product. Any buyers who have paid for, but not received product please contact us at mr_cloud_inqury at AOL.com. Please include the specifics of your complaint.

  6. John

    [update]
    mr_cloud_inqury at YAHOO.com.

  7. Our Nintendo ‘Mii’ T-shirts are now official Nintendo products. They have passed the Nintendo safety tests and are being used as official Nintendo promotional products in the UK.

Maybe this will stop the rather pathetic attempts to sully our products by our ‘competitors’.

  8. DaveKirwan

Mr Cloud takes the Pii – don’t deal with them.

How splendid that they have passed Nintendo tests. I only hope Nintendo never have to return any t-shirts to this appalling company for exchange.

I did so in December 2006 and they claimed never to have received the shirts (together with a cheque for the handling fee). I provided Craig with proof that he’d cashed the cheque (as if he needed it) – either MrCloud’s systems are too useless to allow such a check to be carried out or Craig thought that as I live in Australia he could take the Pii, so to speak.

Craig then fobbed me off with an e-mail asking me to confirm the shipping address so he could re-send the shirts, which I naturally responded to immediately. 20 times in total without the courtesy of a reply.

Don’t touch Mr Cloud with a bargepole!

  9. Vic

I had the same experience as DaveKirwan, with Mr Cloud. Did not respond to my emails and when they finally did, they did not care and claimed they had lost my order and would investigate. Nothing came of it. They told me it would take 12 months for me to get a refund. Great way to run a company. Don’t waste your time or money with these guys.

  10. stace

Has anybody got an actual workable email address for Mr Cloud? I ordered a T-Shirt and have been trying to get a hold of somebody for three weeks now. Emailing through the website does not work and also thier “customer service” address seems not to be working. Mr Cloud if you are floating out there, your customer service needs a lot of work.

  11. I was looking for info on Mr.Cloud and also found he is in hot water for stealing his site design, I sure won’t be ordering!

  12. balbers

Waited almost 2 months and got nothing. They never responded to my e-mails asking for a progress report.

Luckily my credit card refunded my money. Still no response

I would have waited a long time to get the tee’s , but they ignored my requests for an ETA

  13. Batus

Wish i’d seen these comments before i ordered my t-shirt. Am now going to take it up with creditcard/paypal as ordered on 28th august, money taken immeadiatley, no tshirt and replies to email fob me off.

  14. Mr Cloud – 2 t’s ordered, money taken, nothing delivered, no responses to e-mail.
Anybody got a ‘phone number or address for contact?

    Here’s hoping

    Iain

  15. Carl

    Hi

    Mr. Clouds tried to rip me off aswell. The man who runs it is Craig Hesmondhalgh and if you do a WHOIS you get this info;

    Registrant:
    craig hesmondhalgh

    lancaster, lancashire LA14AF

I ordered 2 t shirts and didn’t recieve them. He also ignored my emails and phonecalls. In the end I had to get PAYPAL to sort it out.

I don’t understand why he does this. He refunded me evtually, but why go through all this bother? Why pretend to send things but never avtually do it, even though he knows he will end up having to give the cash back.

DO NOT SHOP AT MR. CLOUDS.

    Thanks

    Carl

  16. Shane

I ordered some goods from Mr Cloud, but received nothing. After two weeks I emailed him but got no reply. After another two weeks I launched a Paypal claim against him and was a bit startled to receive a full refund within 12 hours!

  17. hazel

i too ordered from this site,

did receive one initial email from him when i questioned delivery time, but after being told to wait 28 days for delivery, received nothing and was not able to get in contact with him.

Was left with no option but to file a paypal dispute, and just hope I get my money back at least.

  18. Pamela

Placed order with Mr Cloud on 14th Nov still not recieved any goods and never had replies from several emails…

WARNING NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND I WISH I HAD SEEN THIS SITE BEFORE I ORDERED…

  19. Jon

ordered some t-shirts from mr cloud. money taken immediately. emails either ignored or rebuffed with “wait 28 days”. 28 days came and still nothing. wont answer anymore emails or calls.

made a claim with paypal. now hope that i can at least get my money back. has anyone here been unsuccessful in their paypal claim against this guy?

  20. Sari

I did order too. And paid with Paypal immediately. Didn’t receive the t-shirts. Craig said he never got the money from Paypal. Sent a complaint to Paypal and got an answer back that I was right but that the account was empty. So I have to wait and see if there appears any money so they can refund me. Looks bad. So do not order!

  21. Pamela

I paid through Google Account and now my Bank say i have to wait til 12th jan (thats 30 days after the original date to deliver) then I have to contact them again and they will refund my account then they will get the money back from Mr Cloud as i paid with my Debit Card..despite numerous emails to Mr Cloud he dont reply to any of them and i still havent recieved my T-shirt..Google advised me thats best way to get my money back despite me demanding that Google paid me the money back as thats only reason i ordered in the first place because Google were involved i thought i couldnt go wrong…how wrong i was…..but not sure how things work with Paypal..

  22. Sari

I got the tip from my bank that if you pay with creditcard it is easier to get your money back because they just transfered back if your complaint is valid. This takes about 6 weeks. I unfortunately did pay through PayPal with my normal bankaccount and then the bank can’t to that. I tried to pay mr cloud 0,01 to check if they still have an account with PayPal. This wasn’t possible so his account at least was blocked. Nice for new potential customers but that means no money is coming in. And that means I don’t get my money back because his account is empty. Craig still maintains that he never got the money. So PayPal isn’t save either. Only if you pay with creditcard. Then your own bank can get the money transfered back.

  23. Tracey

His a con man, comes out with the same old crap “Wait 28 days”

Steer clear of him, Trading Standards are aware and If I have my way his web host will be shutting his website down

  24. Well it looks like I am another victim of the fraudster Craig, not quite sure what he is up to as he must get grief on a daily basis.

I noticed that his Adwords are still running and had a lot of fun typing in different t shirt key words to see when his advert appears. of course everytime his advertisement gets clicked it costs him money.

Some unscrupulous people would say that one way of getting your own back would be to email everyone that you know and ask them to click his advertisement at least 20 times a day for a week and at the same time ask them to pass the email on to 20 people they know to do the same.

After a while judging by the amount of people he has upset he could find his adwords bill has increased significantly, of course if his adds get clicked to many times his advert may disappear because he has exceeded his google limit, now wouldn’t that be a shame no one could find his site to “buy” a Tshirt and get ripped off.

Personally I could not possibly condone that type of behaviour.

  25. Tracey

John, he then wouldn’t pay his adwords bill no doubt, good idea though LOL

  26. Tracey

His adwords have gone, perhaps his been reading this LOL

  27. G

Im outraged at his behaviour and have contacted trading standards and Nintendo also and they have never heard of this site and are issuing proceedings against him. I have also issued a small claims court against him, for the out standing amount, i dont mind the charge to prove a point!

  28. Sophie

Hi there, I too have had loads of problems with Mr Cloud, have also contacted Trading Standards. Basically the same thing that happened to Sari happened to me. Do you think it’s worth us joining forces to try and get him closed down somehow?

  29. Sophie

Update: I have emailed Watchdog about him, reckon there are enough people on here to do something about it if anyone else wants to email them. Let’s get him!

  30. Tracey

I finally got my money refunded, I emailed Dalpay who he uses to process his payments if you pay by debit card, and I got my money refunded

I still think your right telling Watchdog, he should be shut down!!

  31. JT

i wish i had read this site before i ordered from him

he wont refund my money. paypal says his a/c is empty. he ignores all emails

    this person is a criminal.

  32. John Fashanu

I ordered a t-shirt from Mr Cloud and the paypal payment was taken very quickly. After a week I had still not received anything so, as I live next door to him, I went around to have it out with him. As usual, he was in the basement swimming in a pool of coins minted from Nazi gold.

I said it wasn’t right that he was not sending t-shirts out to people, and he just laughed and said there was nothing I could do to hurt him, as he would soon have the legendary Ankh of Immortality. I was unimpressed with this, and engaged him mano-a-mano in a steel cage, on top of a moving train and also in the rain. He was too strong though, and eventually he had the upper hand. Poised over me with the Sword of Kuberr raised, he stopped to gloat – which proved to be a fatal mistake, as Jean-Claude Van Damme appeared through a time portal just in time and roundhouse kicked him off a cliff, as we had arranged.

Consequently, I could not recommend this vendor.

  33. Sarah

I have also been duped by this leach. I have contacted bbc’s watchdog, i am also going to contact trading standards etc

if we all contact at least watchdog and trading standards then we can stop people like this. don’t just be angry let’s all do something about it.

  34. Mr Cloud

Despite our best efforts to solve any complaints customers may have with our business this thread continues. Our aim is to discuss any problems you may have in a civil manner in order that any outstanding problems may be resolved. We also aim to encourage those who have complained falsely or due to a misunderstanding to clearly state that the matter has been resolved.

As many posters have used initials or first names it is difficult to identify the customers in question. I can however identify two recent commentators who have accused us of fraud.

‘Sarah’ is presumably one Sarah Dempsey of Greater Manchester. This customer placed an order with the understanding that delivery may take up to 28 days. Sarah claimed that the order wasn’t received. After this period elapsed and after a quick investigation by the Post Office the customer has been refunded in full today (18th January). However despite having received an email from ourselves and from Dalpay Sarah has persisted to post in this thread claiming that no refund has been made.

This is untrue. I encourage Sarah to state that her refund has been made.

‘Tracey’ is presumably Tracey Church from Northants. This customer also claimed non-delivery of an item sent. We made it clear to Tracey that delivery for a certain date could not be promised unless Special Delivery is purchased. Tracey did not purchase this option. We also make it clear that a 28 day period must elapse before an item can be considered lost and a refund made. Tracey initially agreed to this when the order was placed but when the item had not arrived two weeks later Tracey threatened to report us to Trading Standards unless a refund was made immediately. This was clearly not possible under the terms agreed. Once this period had elapsed we completed a refund within a matter of days. During this process Tracey has labelled us a ‘con man’ and accused us of fraud merely for adhering to the conditions agreed.

We are not being investigated by any official body. Our working practices and refund policy are legal and an industry standard.

Despite the claims of both Sarah and Tracey, both customers received a refund within the timeframe stated clearly within the site’s terms & conditions, and as such we consider both these cases closed.

    Thank you.

  35. Pamela Atton

    Mr Cloud,

Maybe you are just very very unlucky with your relationship with your alloted delivery agent.

The fact that some people may wish to remain slighty incognito to me isnt of paramount importance, the one thing constant in this is your contenpt you hold your “customers” in.

The fact though that there seems to be so many people who have “like” experiences with their dealing with you would infer that you sail very close to the wind with your disregard for peoples hard earned monies.

You are a pathetic liar who is committing Fraud. Again relating back to the method of delivery you claimed that in my order and depsite several attempts by myslef to contact you I am still not in reciept of my order (placed 14th November 2007 and money taken that day)

An order should under the standard terms and conditions you claim to use can arrive up to that date not as you seem to claim or make use of the terms and condtion that it will arrive on the 28th day, so where is my order? 28 days well past in my case, the delivery agent if it was ever sent would have had a notice of return, if this is your standard claim why perisit in using the same dleivery agent?

Unless of course they never do actually get posted, I mean would a sensible buisnees person take this stance and risk allienating their current and and future client base, surely not?

That is of course unless it has been your intention all along to defraud people? how many orders sent have actually been received by people Mr Cloud, how many have chose to let the matter go? You are a filthy litle person that desrevres all the law can throw at you.

I will be making legal claims against your company and will look to seek redress with companies house and seek redress through their mechanisms which could land you further in the hole you are digging oh so well all by yourself.

Blaiming a delivery agent isnt going to wash any more…so were are the orders?

  36. Pamela Atton

So I wonder what the excuse I mean reasoned reply will be this time…good to see not the old one of the computer blowing up or anything so lame!

I think any people who have an outstanding claim should be lucking at Mr Cloud for a refund plus any loss of interest on said monies, after all the thief I mean Mr Cloud has our money for how long at least twenty eight days, and then its sent…oh He doesnt send does he I forgot.

Its OK about the use of thief I have checked with a good friend of mine he is a serving officer with the local police force..so what number is Mr Cloud registered as with companies house I feel another email coming on….

  37. Pamela Atton

That toss, isnt actually true is it?

So why have I been informed that Google have removed you from their checkout?

See you cant help yourself deluded fool….

“We are not being investigated by any official body. Our working practices and refund policy are legal and an industry standard.

Despite the claims of both Sarah and Tracey, both customers received a refund within the timeframe stated clearly within the site’s terms & conditions, and as such we consider both these cases closed.

    Thank you.”

  38. Mr Cloud

If you have a specific claim or dispute with us Pamela please state it. Otherwise your post is mere abuse.

  39. Pamela Atton

Order placed placed 14th November, money taklen that smae dame, due within 28 days.

You claimed to have made contact with me with Google you know that isnt true, if you emailed me were is the delivery report? if you called were is the log vis the telephone company?

You enetered into a CONTRACT TO DELIVER A TSHORT TO ME WITHIN 28 DAYS OF THE 14TH NOVEMBER, YOU FAILED IN THAT, THAT IS ABUSE NOT FROM MY END PAL….

You Mr cloud ( I notice you only use what could be best described as an online alias!) are a thief and the above is going to land you in very hot water.

Abuse, but not liable eh? cos you know its true, you are shister.

I take it you have all my contact details still? and if you dare break any breach in line with the data protection act in disclusing any of my details online pity help you again not abuse but valid comment, that would be another on my to do list.

An email to me within the next 24 hours outlinig you efforts in attempting to supply me with my goods, You have left me no option but to esclate this complaint and seek legal adress, again thats not abuse but stateing my next action against you. YOU FAILED me and seeminlgy many many more people. Facts MR cloud isnt abuse, if its hurts you maybe its cos its too close to home you would best to consider your actions from now on. I do not intend to be bullied or victimsed by you and any of your ducking of the subject.

So again whay am I still waiting for my Tshirt some 33 days beyound the statuatory 28 days? You have not made any attempt to conatct me via any of the contact details you have for me so why be suprised when you get outed vis forums such as this?

  40. Mr Cloud

I assume that you one Pamela J Atton of Staffordshire? I have checked our Google account (the one you claim that we do not have) and they confirm that you have in fact been refunded in full. Please have the good grace to verify this in this thread. Having both sent the item and refunded you we consider the matter closed.

    Thank you.

  41. Pamela Atton

Are you that thick? The item NEVER arrived and the rest of this is lies lies lies *the delivery agent had it off again eh?* It guess what never arrived!

Care to provide proof of pastage ? (sic) Funny that another customer of yours is making this claim.

You have checked your google account?, well for the full record in correpsondce with GOOGLE (because you only use a mobile and dont reply to emails) they said you were being removed becoause of your sharp practices and rising concerns they had with you. Maybe its one of the nom investigation made against you?

Will you please have the “even gretater grace” to do as requested in my last post. You persit in acting outside of the law, and you can not still go on blaming others, you seem stupid in the extreme.

Can you comfirm what and when such a repayment was made and PLEASE in GOOD GRACE make it clear that it is once more another case of your failure in not completing an order.

I will make an attempt to look online to check your claim as when a payment *may* have been made but if its within the last twnety four hours it harldy looks goood for you *oh here comes another one we have tried to have off*, I will endavour to make the FULL facts known to this lost cos OK *if* my money has been retunred in full your illegal practces wont still have stopped. will they.

Sadly I dont consider the matter cloed maybe I an not the push over the rest have been, I look forward to heairng from you and will be passing over all my concerns and oh so sorry dealings I have had with you to the relevant legal bodies to see that you cant do this anymore, is that clear enough Mr Cloud?

So whats been my motive if I have ahd a full refund and had the invisble tshirt? you really are a sad man!

    Games up!!!!!!!

“I assume that you one Pamela J Atton of Staffordshire? I have checked our Google account (the one you claim that we do not have) and they confirm that you have in fact been refunded in full. Please have the good grace to verify this in this thread. Having both sent the item and refunded you we consider the matter closed.

    Thank you.”

  42. Pamela Atton

And would you care to comment on any of my concerns that I have clearly raised over the last twenty four hours or will you just duck and evade them.

    Over to you Mr C

  43. Mr Cloud

This situation has clearly caused you some distress, Pamela, and I do sincerely apologise for that. The item was sent by first class post. Unfortunately this method isn’t trackable so I cannot ascertain what has happened to the package. We do offer Special Delivery which offers a trackable guaranteed service but you did not purchase this at the time of ordering.

You have been refunded via Google Checkout. If you haven’t received a confirmation email from them please contact them to verify. As the refund has been made I do not see what more we can do other than apologise once again.

    Thank you.

  44. Ian

I was quite interested in placing an order with this fella, boy oh boy am I glad I didnt,

There seems to be a very common thread, people claim to place an order the seller says its posted but only within 28 days hmmmmmm….

Then he trots out oh but you didnt pay for special dleivery? dont quite get this one…surely he cant be blaming the post for every missed order can he? pay special delivery and then you get it standard post and what? I get loads of bits and pieces sent regular post and not seemed to have had the same level of missfortune or MR C has….

He then also seems to be very generous in the extreme by seemingly just issunig a refund, not something I would just consider doing, I were In his shoes….I mean thats in effect a 200% loss, and no one asks for a repalcement is that because by then people realise that he probably aint got any stock :)

It would be rather cool to find out who hosts the web site constant abuse of web space and miss selling would I am sure result in the the BIG C site being taken down, anyone knwo how to find who hosts the site?

He tries to duck every question asked off him in a sad bid to retain any credibility? erm You *oofed that one up Cloudy. Rather than waste yer time here Id attempt to go off shore , how about a little trip from Morcambe bay in a little rubber dingy…..

No one can be that unlucky…Mr C why why why?

  45. Pamela

    Dear Craig….
Thank you so much for the return of my money…It was very good of you to claim that i have cancelled my order (NOT) its merely the fact that you took the money with no intention of delivering the goods..and yesterday you had the nerve to say you had posted it but couldnt answer why i hadnt recieved the parcel and then you suggested that i had both the money and the t-shirt…oh what a conman you are…you havent caused me any distress lets just say alittle angry at your attitude to the way you do business but this am sure wont please many people and am sure you will soon be having to answer questions to people who you would not like looking into your so called business..Once again Thank you very much for MY money being returned to me….What a pathetic person you are…………………

  46. Ian

    Another satisified customer eh :)

Top work matey, need a hand with yer dingy????

    Mr C does cockling a favour…….

  47. Ian

Think this blows his little theory out the water I hear Morcambe bay is barcing this time of the year!

So a company who prides itself as Mr Cloud stated yesterday and would always complete an order within 28 dyas yet the person below had issues.

I wonder what Mr C’s customer care policy was before an outburst over the last few days…

What a way to get rich…take orders in the hope that people dont twig that they will never get them…

Then hang onto their money…maybe making a few pence interest…

Then issue refund before a bank does a ‘claim back’ and hits Mr C with double the fee, please correct me if I am wrong Mr C,

Call yourslef a buisness man….lucky you dont own a brewery

    “Pamela
    Posted December 14th, 2007 – 7:22 pm
Placed order with Mr Cloud on 14th Nov still not recieved any goods and never had replies from several emails…

WARNING NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND I WISH I HAD SEEN THIS SITE BEFORE I ORDERED…”

  48. Ian

One for you to amend Mr C..dont want you breaking the law….You say a tshirt can only be returned within 28 days of the order being placed….now on the evedince above you seem to leave it at least 3 – 5 dyas so this wonderful special delivery does it work and then all these tshirts you claim to send so basically your returns statement on your heavily plagusired site is nil and void…and below states that leaves you open to legal action…..

    OOPPPPPS.Turned out nice again!

At the end of March 2003, the rights available to a consumer who buys faulty or misdescribed goods changed. A consumer who buys such goods is entitled to a full refund if he/she returns the goods soon after purchase. Otherwise the disappointed consumer is first and foremost entitled to have goods repaired (free of charge).

If repair is impossible or would cause significant inconvenience to the consumer, a consumer is entitled to replacement goods. Where goods can’t be replaced, a dissatisfied consumer is entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund (reduced to take account of wear and tear). A ‘no refunds’ policy couldn’t prevent this.

Where goods bought by a consumer have been misdescribed, or are defective it’s a criminal offence for a shop to advertise a ‘no refund’ policy. Consequently, if you do encounter this practice, report the shop to the Trading Standards Department of your Local Authority. Trading Standards may then decide to prosecute the shop owner.

  49. Ian

Another question for you if you dont mind Mr C,

How long do you see all this lasting for?

  50. Sarah

I did finally get my money back after a lot of hassle, being ignored, being made false promises and being threated with being sued.

What i want to know is what is this guy doing with the money that he gets from the orders placed? Ok so he may refund it eventually to some people, but he is obviously not using it to buy products.

    The mind boggles.

Good for you Pamela – don’t let it drop just because you got your money back though – make official complaints. It seems he is still running some kind of scam.

  51. Pamela

well sarah does he actually have any t-shirts would anyone out there who has had dealings with Craig and who actually recieved there order like to come and defend him on here….i cant see anyone doing it…that is unless its craig himself…shame …………..

  52. Mr Cloud

Ian: As far as I can tell you haven’t actually placed an order with us. Therefore there is nothing for me to address.

Sarah and Pamela: thank you for aadmitting that you have bee refunded.

  53. Pamela

Now Mr Cloud i admit that i have been refunded the money owed to me by yourself via Google…. but would you please now admit that what you said yesterday about me having the t-shirt and the money are lies…??????????

  54. Ian

    Craig Hesmondhalgh,

Try and convince me and the rest of the people reading this why these are isolated incidents and you actually deserve our business, see treating people with contempt and being hugely unfair to people does have repercussions.

Also surely your use of the English language needs as much work as your customer care, spelling mistakes all over the place and poor use of grammar, doesn’t do a thing for you.

So are you now denying me a right to be included in any conversation hosted in a public arena? Oh my do you actually have that right or ability?

Try a moan to the list owner and see where that gets you, further alienation of your client base and I will still be looking at making all this known to a wider group, call it a gesture of good will in good grace in a pay back for the silent ones who have been worked over by you…..

Answer the people questions and don’t faff about it it really is doing you no good at all…….

  55. Ian

    Pamela,

You said got refunded via Google?

No mention is made of this payment option on Craig Hesmondhalgh’s web site are you sure you paid this way..funny that someone would claim such a thing if it were to be prooved untrue?

Or is it another false claim by our Craig that people have found his buisness to be lacking and acting in a rather proper and who knows maybe illegal manner? and removed said function and association?

    Care to comment Hesmondhalgh?

  56. Ian

Eh Craig heres some more information for you….

From 1st January 2007 an amendment to the Companies Act 1985 requires that certain information must be published on all web sites related to UK registered companies. You must also include these details in all e-mail communications that are used as paper equivalents.

The information required by the law is:

    Place of registration
    Registered number
    Registered office address
Notification of intention to wind the business up (if applicable)
We advise that this infomation be presented on one of the following pages:

    Home
    Contact Us
    About Us
    Corporate Information
Companies House have confirmed to us that the law only applies to registered companies and there is no legal requirement for information to be published by non registered companies.

However, being open about who you are increases credibility and builds up trust with your customers. We advise that all websites offer a postal address (not a PO Box) as a bare minimum.

What you think of that again I am only keen to see you act legally….cos you dont have any of them do you bar some dodgey mobile that you dont actually answer, does your office have a log of call recieved or when items where paced to the delivery agent?

  57. Sari

Good for you as well Pamela. Is there anything I can do to help you with your complaint? I still haven’t got my money back because the Paypal account is still empty as it seems.I ordered and paid November the 21st. Craig still maintains that he never did get the money from Paypal and they are thiefs. What leaves me to wonder why I never had that problem with them before in the years I have paid very frequently through them. Still, because I am not from Britain I have not many options left. Paypal said I was right and they will refund when there is money. That will be difficult since Paypal blocked his account for receiving money. I tried to transfer 0,01 at the end of December and got a message that it was not possible. And where have I heard before that he didn’t get the money?!? It is very strange that he has got so many problems with Google, Paypal and the post office. I shop a lot on the Net and never had this problem before. What a lucky person I am! And yes I do use an alias because I do not wish to have my name all over the Net. Anyone who wants my name can ask and I will mail them personally.

I lost 39,85 GBP to this fraud!!!!

SO DO NOT ORDER FROM HIM/MRCLOUD!

    I NEVER GOT A REFUND!

    HE JUST BLAMES PAYPAL!

  58. Sari

Oh, I did forget. I also asked Nintendo Britain about information about him but they haven’t replied yet. Just to see if your t-shirts are legal since you mention Nintendo on your site with the Mii t-shirts.
And I did try to warn as many people as I can about NOT Ordering since the risk of losing your money is so big.

  59. Sari

    Want to read more complaints?
    Look at this site:
    http://www.springwise.com/fashion_beauty/gravanity_mii/

I did call the company to complain about their article on Mrcloud and sure was not the only one hence the big warning!!!

  60. Mr Cloud

If you want to identify yourself ‘Sari’ I’d be happy to try and solve the problem.

  61. Ian

    Sari,

Make the claim against him through the small claims court http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/infoabout/claims/index.htm

Again I am only passing this information on through good will and not wanting to see people worked over by anyone, heaven forbid by some on as seemingly erm, well what can you say as erm oh this is a hard one……lets see.

Nope cant think of one thats allowed in a public domain…pillcok maybe? foolish rather silly.

  62. Ian

Just for the record can you Sari sate which paypal account is empty?

  63. Sari

Ok. A. Dankers, ordered 21 November from the Netherlands and do not give me any crapp about PayPal being thiefs since I NEVER got any problems with them. Refund me and I will get of your back. If not I will keep at it to warn people about you!

  64. Sari

According to Paypal his account. They mailed me this:
“After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer Complaint described below.

We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds
from the seller’s account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery
of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.”

  65. Sari

Is it possible to do that from the Netherlands and do you know what the costs are. I am considering to contact the BBC watchdog as well. It would support Pamela’s earlier complaint. I only do not know whether they will use a foreign complaint.

  66. Mr Cloud

As stated we cannot refund you via Pay Pal. However I am willing to provide a refund myself if you wish to contact us with an alternative means of paying you.

    Thanks

  67. Sari

    this is my account information:

    IBAN: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
    BIC: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

    A.Dankers, Netherlands

and do not subtract any costs for the transfer since I did pay with Paypal and this is not my fault.
I will post this as well without my personal information.

    Sari

  68. Sari

Sorry, this is the email I sent to the emailadress he replied from in the past.

  69. Mr Cloud

Payment shall be sent tomorrow Sari. Thank you.

  70. Sari

By the way, this doesn’t mean that I am satisfied yet. Only when I actually SEE the refund on my account. Which according to my bank only takes 5 workdays. So until then I will proceed as I intended because I am not confident that this is solved yet!
So all I said/did until now still stands!

  71. Ian

Craig is it getting hot in Lancaster yet?

That to me would suggest you have been investigated so its fact Craig whats his face is a liar!!!! liar your pants are on fire, I would have said T-shirt but have you got one?

    *Cough*

  76. Ian

Time to get on your knees Craigy and offer a full apology……your audience awaits

Eh and try and answer the allegations actually levelled against you rather than the *iss poor rants youve let rip with to date…and remember if you tell lies your nose will grow or a spot on your tongue if you tell porky pies!!!

And have a go at using a spell checker you dont want to be missrepresented if this gets on BBC or that do we

Why do you infer some sort of past communication, when the other posters claim otherwise,

Get a grip man…time to collate all your facts and makje sure they are spot on otherwise you will get laughed out of court

  78. Mr CLOUD IS A RIPPOFF
I have been refunded by my credit card company, It would have been great to have polite responses to my emails; but that was not to be. I will NEVER use the web to buy goods again. I hope “Mr cloud “is shut down and all the unfortunate “customers” are refunded, and do not receive the rude “E mails” I did

  79. Terry the T-shirt terrorist

Eh BP! this Craig geezer seems to have his head in the clouds? abusive emails eh. You know what I would do save em and send them to the local police.

Have a look on who is dot com and it gives his IP adress and email and what seems to be his home addy ;) see if you had registered as a proper as buisness as that other fella up the list had suggested you dont risk such silly mistakes…tell you what send a copy of said emails there too ISP and hosting companies just love being used in a such a way….not.

Hosted by a Dutch company…his website must be sure to go in the week I bet you all.

Oh and how come someone posted saying a first class parcel was not tracable and then to the next customer who also had their parcel posted vis the same service the post office did an investigation…

My old grandmother always said grandson….if you going to tell lies…..dont get caught….then she said stuff about my grandad not sure if its true or not but what the heck what he did in his long johns is his buisness oh yes she also said make sure you stay consistant, Craig you failed!

Give us some dates of when stuff was posted and we can ask the receving offices too hows that?

  80. Terry the T-shirt terrorist

    MR C,

How does it feel sitting back in your little Lancaster abode knowing that people are fighting back? letters will be sent emails with greater detail, trading standards, the post office, paypal (bet they loved you calling them thieves!) google who you claim still work with you but no mention on your site, I just looked lol.

Watchdog having emails sent I wonder how many before they go YEP this is a story worth going after cant be too many more? surely, you have cast apsirations on a lot of people far and wide you have falsely taken a lot of peoples money, who is reckon you have 300,000 web hits that is a lot of potential £12’s you may have had, looking at it the other way its a lot of people who have come to look at a sinking and sad man whose buisness is being pi*sed away by his own sorry and illegal actions.

And your right of reply is to say Im not talking to you or this and evading questions posed to you, what a man!

I have a vision of you sat there with skids in the old undies now not having a clue what to do, tell you what heres one option remove the web site post a full apology here maybe and on any other site that has outed you give full details to the police and trading standardsof your outstanding dealings and we can call it quits.

You know what happens when the weather changes and a low goes into a high? clouds get blown away

  81. Mr Cloud

I am genuinely sorry to hear that you are unhappy ‘B P’. If you want to contact me through the site I can arrange to have some shirts sent out to you as a form of apology, if you wish.

As stated, I am happy to deal with any problems that customers may have in this thread. But what I am not willing to do is read through post after post of unmoderated abuse from anonymous strangers who have never dealt with us. If this continues we will cease to respond via this forum. This will be at the loss of anyone with a genuine complaint.

  82. Ian

    Oh Mr C,

How sad…YOU Havent got it yet have you, the games is up!

Your web hosting have had all the details, would they wish to be assiocuated with a business genrating so much negative comment? trading standards too…you wont have any mechanisims to rip anyone else from, oh and the people doing the refunds will be of a legal body the courts maybe?

What does it matter who I am, I am not a customer cos well who would once in full possesion of the facts place an order with you and your history, dont make me laugh!

You have after all a website that ok doesnt have the legal requirements for contact details and YOU DONT reply to emails. well not in a civil manner. Why do you persist in wanting to wahs yer oh so soiled dirty dirty laundary in public….

The moderated status of this site makes it clear no flamming etc etc. All I am doing is going over what others have stated about you so what is the problem in that? Live by the sword die by the sword methinks. Again dont blame others…you have only one person to blame.

Who has taken orders and monies and failed many many times to deliver, not me pal.

So this forms abuse but again its not libel cos I checked taking money with no real intention of supplying any goods is abuse,

    When is WATCHDOG on again?

    Dont blame anybody but yourself…..

  83. Sari

You don’t seem to understand that people get frustrated when they are getting nowhere when they issue a complaint with you through email or your site. This forum and the one on Springwise are the only way for them to warn other people not to get into the same problems. And I am certainly not the only one hence the reactions on both sites. And these are only the people who take the time to find these links.
I can understand that in this frustration people are getting LOUD because they see no other way. And the part of being anonymous: not all people are willing to spread their personal data on the Net
But I did give others the possibility to ask for my name.
And before you are replying that I do get my refund. IF AND WHEN THAT HAPPENS I WILL POST IT. But for now I am still an very dissatisfied client and also angry and frustrated just like the rest of them because this is going on since NOVEMBER 21ST. That is TWO MONTHS!!!!

  84. Pamela

Craig…these are all genine complaints from people who like myself went onto your website and ordered goods and paid for them and not recieved anything..i emailed you got no reply i got to go through Google to hear anything about my order.. surely the post cannot cock up this many times…only days ago you said i had recieved my order and also refunded my money which wasnt true but checking my bank today the refund is now in my bank Thank You for that…but that is all i can Thank You for i just wish you would be honest and pay all the other dissatisfied customers you know which ones they are it didnt take you long to sort mine out..
Am not sure whether you actually have a business or not but hey i am off work this weekend a visit to Lancaster could be on the cards…..its a shame as sari says you have brought this all on yourself and given yourself a very very bad reputation which isnt going to do yourself any favours only land you in hotwater and in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons…

  85. Ian

In the interests of all and a keen deisre to to “out” everyone of your victims I do apologise I mean of course valued customers, why not Craig publish real contact details for yourself rather hide behind a “buisness” *cough* *splutter* Id…I mean hand on heart you cant really call it a buisness can you.

B*gger it the definition beat me to it!

  86. Don B.

I was googling for the Mr Cloud site but clicked this link by accident and was surprised to see this thread. I was going to place a return order because I was very pleased with my goods and service. Delivery wasn’t as fast as some online stores (I think it was about 6 days) but the goods arrived in good condition and exactly as advertised, and I came back to make a new order for my nieces.

Anyway, this post was to nothing other than I stumbled across it accidentally and as I am a manager of a high-street mobile phone store I know that things like this only draw interest from the few people that have bad experiences – the vast majority of happy customers hardly ever bother to contact customer services to say ‘thanks’.

I only skim-read this page, but as the store seems to give the refund in the time that is displayed in the terms and conditions if people are not happy, then I think that I feel confident in placing my second order, knowing that the last one was dealt with without trouble.

I hope that this trouble is sorted out soon as the t-shirts are good quality and at least the store seems to be endeavoring to actually help and refund dissatisfied customers, which isn’t always the case.

    Don

  87. Pamela

Well Don….all i can say is you are one very lucky man who has actually recieved an order….this is a first for Mr Cloud but i think you are not a wise man to place a second order after reading all the things above it would be interesting if you come back in 2-3 mths time after placing you second order and let us all know if he has conned you this time…..

Anyone would be mad to even touch this guy.

    He dont reply to emails.

He claims to have sent the goods and refunded your payment so you have gained from him.

He implies that you only get your order if you pay for tracking the order.

And he only refunds when you say your going to report him to Trading Standards and BBC Watchdog who i understand have had lots of information on this dodgy geezer.

Don here is a little tip for you…dont skim these pages just em then decide….

  88. Pamela

    Dom ..mistake in last one…above…

Tip …dont skim these pages just read em …then decide..

  89. Ian

*cough* shame IP adresses arent produced for forum posts

  90. Sari

Just a little comment from the Netherlands: it is not very easy to find the sites with reviews of any sorts (positiv or negativ) about mrcloud. I am only sorry I didn’t search more extensiv before I ordered and I have learned my lesson and will NEVER order from internet without paying by creditcard. At least when things go wrong you get your money back from the bank.

But what I wanted to say is Paypal told me that I couldn’t get my money back because the account is empty. I believed them to be safe. I now know that they are safe if you pay with creditcard.
So at first I thought that was the end of it and I lost 39,85 GBP.
I was so PISSED that I started to search more indept and found a couple of site through extensiv combination of words.
How many people do you think are not aware of this possibility and consider their money gone and do not know what to do about it. And call it a scam and never will order on the internet because of the “risks”.

My main goal was to warn people not to get into the same problems I got when ordering from Mrcloud.

You are free to believe what you want but I wish I had read the comments before. I never would have ordered (again) even with good experience since companies change. He might have delivered correctly in the past but now there are problems hence all the comments here and on springwise…

But you are free to make your onw mistakes.
Just let me give you a Dutch tip: a warned person counts for two…

  91. Sari

By the way Don, it would help if you read the comments instead of scimming through them. I am waiting since November 21st and haven’t had a refund yet (only a promise to refund) and no t-shirts. So that is two months and if Pamela, Sarah and others hadn’t reacted on this forum I still wouldn’t even happen to have a promise for a refund since craig kept telling me he hadn’t received the money, that Paypal took it and that they are thieves. I still have the emails as proof and am willing and able to put them in here if you don’t believe me. As you can see I am still angry about the way a was handled as a customer.
In all the years I now shop on the internet in the USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Germany, the UK I never got treated this way. So I keep warning people until I get my money back. And I will keep checking this forum and the one on springwise to make sure Craig/Mrcloud isn’t saying I have been refunded when I am still waiting for it.
But fair is fair when I get the refund I am going to post it. So we all have to wait and see…

  92. Ian

    Pamela, Sari,

    Keep up the good work….

Dom you have a very very like writing and grammetical style as someone else…….

    Cant be surely!

  93. Ian

Ok OK so you only skim read it, but which post states the refunds arrived in line with the distance selling act? he uses 28 stautory days, but I cant see for the life of me anyone above or on any of the other sites doe sit state that someone who didnt receive an order and refund within 28 days….Now as a manager of a high street mobile shop store…wow you got a fact wrong….

“I only skim-read this page, but as the store seems to give the refund in the time that is displayed in the terms and conditions if people are not happy, then I think that I feel confident in placing my second order, knowing that the last one was dealt with without trouble.”

  94. Ian

Funny how like the complaints are….the pattern is seemingly very one sided eh Craig?

“I know that things like this only draw interest from the few people that have bad experiences – the vast majority of happy customers hardly ever bother to contact customer services to say ‘thanks’.”

  95. Ian

For peoples information Mr C is correct in havung not been investgated and yet again it conflicts with information he has supplied, the Royal Mail depsite all these claims of lost post he hasnt it seems he has never made a P58 claim, one that the Royal Mail can then begin to look for lost items of post…

I will post again P58 form call them up and ask for a form http://www.royalmail.com or download it!

    HTH

  96. Ian

    http://www.freepint.com/issues/230999.htm

goes on a bit but for me makes very interesting reading now Mr C has broken confidentiality in naming and outing people on this list has given the opportunity for people to be idnentified, another one to follow up then.

Well done Craig and your full adress is again? oh no you cant post cos that would be against the law…

  97. Just this, end of story. Im sorry if there are other customers who didnt receive refunds or goods ordered. As far as I can see most people will not deal via pay pal again so perhaps they may investigate the situation. I WISH EVERYONE good luck in the future and hope their future dealings on line will be o.k. Craig, do not send me any further “e-mails”, frankly I DONT WANT TO KNOW, oh sorry, you dont like anyone getting cross with you!! Bye

  98. Terry the T-shirt terrorist

BP I would strongly advise you to make these emails available to the local police, abuse after all is a criminal activity and desreves being looked into.

    Please for the silent majority

  99. Terry the T-shirt terrorist

BP he cant deal via paypal or google checkout cos they looked into this dodgey geezer and took the toys away!

Or a version something like that, I mean what credible online trader would claim that paypal are thieves!

  100. Sari

Pamela are you still able to post on springwise. As sari with my emailaccount it doesn’t work anymore. If I do it as A.Dankers I can post again.
I do not know why since I never cursed or did anything to abuse any one. I only gave the facts about my issues with Mr cloud.

  101. Sarah

I actually gave Mr Cloud the chance to prove to me that he is a legitimate online trader – needless to say he never responded.

I never received an apology or an explanation as to why i didn’t receive my goods. Just silence and rudeness.

Are the goods he is ’selling’ on his site legal – e.g do Infogrames know he is selling Atari / Nintendo products?

I am informing various places of what Craig is up to, including the Lancaster Guardian newspaper, BBC Watchdog and One Show, Dalpay, Lancaster Police.

I have a suspicion Craig is just a young kid ‘trading’ from his bedroom at home.

  102. Mr Cloud

I have apologised to you Sarah and I apologise again for any upset caused by the non-delivery of goods. You have, to my knowledge, been refunded.

You are of course entitled to continue to endeavour to pursue the matter further if you wish.

  103. Joe

I agree with Terry the T-shirt Terrorist. There are so many cases of what appears to be theft/fraud here that people should contact the police.

  104. Jona

    I did sent this email:

    Hello,

I was searching the internet for nintendo t-shirts to make a huge fan happy when I came across this company.
This company says on their site that ‘t-shirts are the only Mii shirts to be approved by Nintendo Europe. They are used by Nintendo U.K. to promote the Mii service and are official Nintendo promotional products.’ which can make you think that they are selling nintendo approved t-shirts in general.
The Mii t-shirts are not available for ordering but the other nintendo t-shirts are.
My question is: are these official t-shirts? And are you officially dealing with this company?
    The company is http://www.mrcloud.com

I hope you can shed some light on this.

    Sincerely,
    Jona

    Reply:

Dear Customer, thank you for your email.

No, Nintendo UK and Nintendo Europe are not connected with this company,
and Nintendo UK are currently investigating their claims. I’m sorry for
the inconvenience this may have caused.

    Kind regards,

I do like the safety test though….Nintendo quality game manufacturers employing software developers or electronic enhineers…right lads today we test the Wii-shirt!

And would your tatty product be used by a multinational company…is your copy of Photoshop legal BTW?

    ” MrCloud

Our Nintendo ‘Mii’ T-shirts are now official Nintendo products. They have passed the Nintendo safety tests and are being used as official Nintendo promotional products in the UK.

Maybe this will stop the rather pathetic attempts to sully our products by our ‘competitors’.”

  108. Tracey

I think you will find you are now in breach of customer data protection act, posting my full name and town on this thread, you are not supposed to post your so called customers details on an open thread

one question ian why are you going all out to defend this guy,its rather odd that you seem to be busting a gut to defend him ,there would be no reason to complain unless you have been genuinly ripped off ,all these people are on because of the way they have been treated by mr cloud ,no communication no refunds try phoning that number and you tell me if you ever get an answer try leaving a polite message ,i dont think you have so go and fone that also send him an e mail and you tell me if you get a reply ,i will also pay for your next item and we will post the details of purchase and lets see if we get our item get uit sent to my adress and lets see who is right as i said its not about the money its about the deception the lack of communication ,taking peoplesc money but not sending the item if your so sure that he is fine lets put it to the test .

  113. Mr Cloud

    Hi Martin,

If you want to contact me with your details I will look into the matter. Obviously without knowing who you are I cannot comment or solve any problems you may have.

    thanks

  114. martin

sorry ian it should be don i should be asking i never read all your threads properly i do apologize im just that stressed out with all this hassle with mr cloud that its taking its toll also im a full time single parent so my time could be spent better than chasing this guy craig but if people dont stand up to him he is free to keep ripping people off

  115. Mr Cloud

    Martin? See the above post.

  116. Joe

Craig, the problem is that if people do contact you in person, you are rude and unhelpful. The only time you seem to want to help and sort problems out is if it’s come to light on a forum where it could damage your reputation. If you really cared about your customers it would never have escalated to this in the first place. Everyone else, just contact Trading Standards and the police.

  117. Mr Cloud

It is surely in your best interests to contact me in order to solve any problem you may have. It is the only way to solve any such problem and the only way to legitimise your claims. Unless I identify you as a customer and state how the matter has been solved you remain an anonymous poster on an unmoderated website issuing statements you cannot possibly prove.

  118. Joe

I have contacted you in person. You were very rude and very uncooperative. I am still out of pocket. Joe is not my real name.

  119. Mr Cloud

Unless you contact us to verify your claims you will remain out of pocket. Surely you would be eager to reach a amiable solution if your claim was genuine?

  120. Joe

I was very eager to reach an amiable solution – unfortunately, Craig, you weren’t. Which is why it is now being investigated by outside sources. I have not used my own name as I don’t wish my personal details to be disclosed by you on this forum like some other customers have been. Also I am not on this forum to enter into a back and forth discussion with you – I am here to talk to other customers, which I am well within my rights to do.

  121. Mr Cloud

Ofcourse. I have only ‘revealed’ the surnames of users so that I can be sure of who they are. On the other hand my full name, personal address and personal phone number have been illegally posted on this site. Yet I am accused of data protection abuse….

  122. Joe

That, quite frankly, is not my problem. Please stop this now, and allow customers to talk to each other without interfering. That is what a forum is for, after all.

  123. Mr Cloud

I, like Ian, have every right to post where I wish and I will continue to defend both myself and my business, even if this obviously inconveniences you.

  124. Joe

It only incoveniences me because it makes me angry to see you write lies. You are not willing to help people or resolve issues – you are simply trying to cover your back against the impending court cases I can only assume you are going to have to attend. I am no longer continuing this conversation with you.

  125. Ian

Eh Craig dont tar me with the same sad brush you use, you scum bag….

    For a quick summary…

Call trading stadards both locally and in Lancaster…

Call the Police both locally “customer” and in lancaster

Make contact with the Royal Mail….

The Data Protection officer would also love to hear from people who have suffered from in cases he has “outed” see the thing is MR C you were the person that HID his details and not that of your customers, you have a legal obligation not to disclouse the data of your “customers” you yourself have failed that by disclosing as part one of the data protection act…if you were a proper company you would be registered and that infromation IS public, by the very nature of you attempting to hide isnt good

I have not taken money from people under false pretnices you it seem have, why after a few days of posting do you now use my name eh sado?

I wonder if Mr cloud keeps his finances in order, I mean HM cutsoms and excise look at forums such as these on a regular basis…now you dont argue with them ever…unless you are foolish

  126. I think this “conversation” with all of you has probably run its course. If mr cloud is being investigated, he will be closed down. However the site on google appears to be still up and running. As a former customer who had a problem, complained to both pay pal and google I am surprised but as I received a refund from my credit card company I am not taking it any further, they are investigating as far as I know. Perhaps those who have received refunds should say so and just let the whole matter rest and be put down to experience. For those who have not received refunds you should dowhat you can, If you used paypal, keep at them as they do advertise that they are a secure way to pay for goods. Perhaps mr cloud could reply to customers in amore polite manner, but if his “company” is in financial dire straits it is understandable, though not excusable to be a little “ratty” at people trying to get back cash which is not there. Think Northeren Rock and youll see what I mean , dont see the government bailling craig out however.

  127. Joe

The cash should be there, though. Paypal have confirmed it entered his account. If that has happened to all the people on this site, then there should be a hell of a lot of cash there! Plenty!

  128. martin

i have sent you numerous e mails ,i have phoned and txted the mobile number on your site to contact you but ive had no reply so why do you want to talk to me now craig you must have seen my e mails i sent enough ,all i wanted was my t shirt that i paid for in good faith

  129. martin

ive been checking mr clouds site and i see he is selling t shirts with the atari logo and nintendo which i dont think he has a licence for can anyone tell me who i contact about this

  130. Mr Cloud

You may well have contacted me but as I don’t know who you are I can’t verify one way or the other. That’s I’m asking you to email me now. If you are genuine you will.

  131. martin

i am genuine and i want my t shirt or my pound of flesh either will do

  132. If the cash entered his account then where is it now, paypal told me there were no funds in said account. Seems odd to me

  133. Mr Cloud

OK Martin but you look destined to be disappointed if all you want is ‘revenge’.

  134. Joe

He must have removed the funds. I have copies of the transaction and Paypal have confirmed the money entered his account. I can only assume they have been transferred to his bank account so that none of us can have access to money which is rightfully ours. Nice.

  135. martin

ok my order number is Order #3921 (Accepted)
Order Date: Wednesday 14 November, 2007
the item i bought was Products
    1 x Clockwork Orange T-shirt
    – Size: Adult Medium
    – Color: Red £14.99
when am i getting my t shirt

  136. Sari

After two months waiting a MIRACLE has happened! After complaining, posting everywhere, contacting Nintendo Britain and offering help to Pamela I have been refunded.

Voice of reason; Paypal said the account was empty so I couldn’t be refunded. I didn’t pay with creditcard so couldn’t get it any other way than getting loud on these forums. And see I got a refund within two days (my bank said it would take 5 days).
This is the frustration of having nowhere to go especially if you are from outside the UK. Paypal couldn’t do a thing because they are a mediator and don’t have the legal means to get the money back if you transfer it from a bank account. They do not get your money back if you pay with a creditcard but your creditcard company does that. They have the legal means to do so.

Happily Craig seems to be concerned about his reputation when you do enough harm to his reputation he will refund. But not in the normal way. I contacted him through email and all he repeated was that Paypal took my money and he didn’t get it. Funny that he now refunded so quickly when he said he never got the money in the first place!!!

I still hope that a lot of people read these forums before ordering and are warned not to go through the hassle others have.

Pamela and Sarah: THANK YOU if it weren’t for you two I never would have know how to get my money back.

And for Craig/Mrcloud: learn something from these forums. People do get so frustrated because they don’t get any where if they contact you through the proper ways: phone, email and website. Therefore they go public because if they complain enough, go to watchdog, Nintendo, police and other public institutes you WILL refund.
But that is not the normal way to deal with customers!

  137. Mr Cloud

    Glad to hear it Sari.

Martin: I can resend tomorrow if you wish. It would be alot easier if you emailed me though as I’m not resending without confirmation of address.

  138. Mr Cloud

I think this “conversation” with all of you has probably run its course. If mr cloud is being investigated, he will be closed down.”

    Ofcourse not.”

  155. Mr Cloud

I’m not resending unless you confirm the address. Having already sent one item I’m not resending another to the same unconfirmed address. I have emailed you at the address you supplied when ordering.

If Ian continues to post unmoderated comments we will no longer respond in this thread. It is obvious that the site owner is not moderating this site.

  156. Ian

    Martin,

No need to apologise what so ever on my account, I mean it is easy to get worked up with people like him, he desrves all hes gets and more…

Do me a favour by way of apology and make some of the calls to begin your claim! good luck and more power to you!

  162. martin

    Hi Martin,

Anyway, please reply to this email

  163. martin

look craig i am going to do my wee boys homework now i have recieved an e mail off you and replied 3 times so you have definately got it

  164. Mr Cloud

Still nothing Martin. The only explanation is that either yourself or someone in your IP range has sent us abuse in the past. This will have resulted in any correspondence form you being instantly blocked. I shall resend to the address on file but if non-delivery occurs due to it being incorrect it isn’t my problem.

  165. Ian my reply was sent on a personal basis. If you wish to continue with your investigation/crusade, I am sure you will, I wish you bon chance. Its just that I have other matters in my lfe that deserve more attention at the moment. As I said if the “company” is being investigated, then it will be and there is really not a lot more that we as individuals can do!!! best of luckto you all. PS dont see anything wrong with my ID

  166. martin

ok craig i will wait to see if my t shirt arrives it should take a week at the most if it has been posted today lets hope you are as good as your word

  167. claudia

I want my t-shirt, payed in october and if you sent it i want to see the received. If you don’t aswer me back i will procede with my layer.

  168. Mr Cloud

Layer? Unless you identify yourself I can’t help you. Please email me to verify that you are genuine.

    Thanks

  169. martin

hi craig can you let me know if you have posted my t shirt today plz

  170. martin

hi craig i am going to give you my order details again to prove i am genuine ,i am not going to put my adress on the forum as that would be stupid but i would like to confirm that the adress you have for shipping is correct ,with the order number you should easily be able to access all the details you need to sort out this problem as you are claiming you want to do so we are both in agreement on this point,i am also putting these details in full public view so everyone can see i have kept my side of the bargain and proved i am a genuine customer with a genuine compaint ,so i dont see a problem now for getting this mess sorted out and me recieving my t shirt which i hasten to add i have paid for

Displaying 1 to 1 (of 1 orders) Result Pages: 1

  171. Mr Cloud

As stated I will resend to the address on file. If the address is wrong then that’s not my problem.

  172. Craig

Mr Cloud is a fraud. He is selling counterfit t-shirts. Various record companies have been alerted to this and I’m sure he will be getting some letters from some rather irate lawyers in the next couple of weeks. The artist gets no income from the sale of these t-shirts. Mr Cloud is a fraud and this is not the first web venture he has been in.

  173. Pat Garrett

Mr Cloud’s words are meaningless. He is a spotty university student working out of his parents garage. When he is not trying to rip people off he is busy surfing the net for kiddie porn. Yes, that’s the type of guy Mr Cloud is.

  174. Mr Cloud

Martin – your t-shirt has been sent to you via special delivery. You should have it in the next day or two. Apologies for the delay.

  175. Mr Cloud

Clearly someone has posted using my user name above. We will no longer either read or respond on this unmoderated forum. Any genuine customers who wish to post in a public forum can visit the link below which is moderated.

To reiterate: We will no longer either read or respond to this thread.

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=659115

  176. Joe

That’s not really a threat, is it Craig? This forum was for unsatisfied customers to warn other customers about your business. I agree the postings have got out of hand, but your involvement was never welcome here anyway. You should respond to customers’ problems when they contact you, rather than lurk around forums accusing people of lying.

  177. martin

thats cool craig the adress on the order was the correct one and if you are true to your word and i recieve my t shirt i will be honest and post on all thev forums that i recieved it

  178. Silver Surfer

The best thing to do with people like Mr Cloud is to report them to FACT (The Federation Against Copyright Theft). He is selling illegal material and breaking various copyright laws. As far as I am aware he has been reported to FACT. It will be interesting to see where this goes. But basically, do not buy anything from his website.

  179. I also placed an order on Mr Cloud.com back in November, still have not received my goods.
I was told by Craig that paypal had frozen his account, blah blah blah.
After several phone calls to paypal and numerous emails back and forth between Craig and myself.
Paypal said the claim was in my favour, but due to no funds being in Craig’s account, i now cannot be refunded my money back.
It’s a shame i hadn’t seen this website back in November.
I am currently filling in the court papers to send off in the post tomorrow and would advise others to go through small claims as well, as not only will you get your money back for the goods you never received, but he will also have to pay the court fees too.

I will also be contacting Watchdog, as this guy is making a living out of this and must be stopped.

  180. I would be very interested to hear from ‘G’ – Who posted their comment on the 15th Jan 2008.

Has your small claims gone through yet ?
    Or is it ongoing?

  181. Sari

KT, I had the same experience and after making a lot of fuzz on all internetsites I could find, contacting Nintendo and informing about small court and BBC watchdog I finally got his attention and was refunded within 2 days. I also ordered in November.
Could you post your progress on this forum?
I would be interested to know how that is going.

Good luck and I hope you get your money soon.

  182. Silver Surfer

I also ordered goods from Mr Cloud in November. I have contacted Watchdog and the Trading Standards Authority for Lancashire. They have informed me that the details of Mr Cloud’s dealings have been passed onto their investigation team and are currently being looked into. I have also contacted FACT who have advised the same. This guy is a crook and should not be trading on the web. If enough people complain action will be taken.
The other option is to post on various music and film forums to warn others not to purchase from this idiot. He is a class A loser and seems to take great delight in ripping people off.

  183. Jack K

Refer to this forum to see what nonsense Craig (i.e. Mr Cloud) is writing now.

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=659115

Craig seems to think that there are only a couple of disgruntled customers. Oh no, Craig, there’s more than a few. I’d say there are a few hundred.

  184. martin

hi craig you can you tell me when i should be recieving my t shirt as it has not arrived yet

  185. Jack K

    Martin,

    Craig (i.e. Mr Coward… I mean Mr Cloud) is still posting on the following forum;

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=659115

He seems to think that there is a conspiracy out there targeting him!!!! He doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls but does respond to the above forum. A strange way to do business. I have given up on ever getting my t-shirt. Luckily my payment was made via credit card so I can get a refund but others have not been so lucky. All we can do is warn others about this idiot. He seems to get some starnge peverse thrill in ripping people off.

  186. Steph

Boy, I wish I came across this site before ordering from the the mr cloud t-shirt website. I ordered a t-shirt in October 2007. My money was taken on the day of the order and I was sent an email from mr cloud saying that my order had been accepted. That was the last contact I have had with mr cloud. I have emailed a number of times since and have had no reply. Does anyone have any contact details for this guy? I tried to get my money back from paypal but they said he has no money in his paypal account. From reading the posts above it looks like I have zero chance of getting my money back. Has anyone actually received their order from this guy?

  187. sophie

Hi Steph, exactly the same thing happened to me – he doesn’t use Paypal anymore. The only thing that worked for me (out of loads of emails, and an official letter saying I’d contacted Trading Standards) was when I complained about him specifically on the moneysavingexpert forum that has been posted above. As soon as I mentioned something there, he came online and offered me a refund. It seems he only sorts out refunds if it’s going to damage his reputation. Having said that, I’m still waiting for my refund and it’s been over a week! Good luck.

  188. Sari

Sophie, keep the pressure up. I live in the Netherlands and had my money back within 2 a 3 days (ordered and paid in November 2007). And this was an international banktransfer. I used the same sort of methods. For the full story see above. So if you live within the UK he should already have transfered the money back to you. Try and complain to the moderator on moneysavingexpert forum. They have given him the opportunity to solve his problems on the forum but if he doesn’t they should do something about it. Since now it looks like he is helpfull and the ones that do post are the bad guys for complaining about him and not giving him their
identity. We, on this forum, do know better.
    Good luck!

  189. Sari

Jack I know that you arre angry, but please do not post such stuff because that makes you worse than him. I don’t think that that is your aim. I know he frustrates the hell out of anybody.

  190. martin

thanks craig for sending my t shirt out as promised ,a little late i admit but never the less you were true to your word ,i hope everyone else gets sorted out ,all i can say is do what i did and contact mr cloud through the forums seems easier to get him that way and give him your order number as i did and hey presto youve got your t shirt ,at least he is coming on the forums to sort it out so good luck folks

  191. flippo

Well seems my recorded letter has been returned unopened with a change of address on the front

Who ever said Mr Cloud is running is business from a flat was right

Seems this new address is either a 1 or 2 bed housing assocation flat

  192. flippo

    Scan of returned letter here:

  193. flippo

I did not type the above post, so do not click on the link

  194. flippo

Ignore the above post is wasn’t by me. Obviously someone doesn’t want you to see what I have!

  195. Steph

It’s probably Mr Cloud using other users names. He seems to be like that. He only does business via forums and not via normal methods like email or phone. Hopefully he’ll be shut down soon anyway.

  196. Jack K

I didn’t post that link. Someone is using my user id.

  197. Steph

The first step to closing down RipOff Cloud has begun. If you are affected please contact the authoritites via this link:

    http://www.pathguy.com/~dlaporte/hanging.htm

  198. flippo

SOMEONE is also using my ID *sigh* they need to grow up, but do not click on that link!

  199. Tien

    Mr Cloud,

I sent you an email 3 days ago requesting for a refund.

You dont have a Paypal account anymore and even when you did, you kept it empty.

I want my money back Craig.

    Tien

  200. Bob

You will get a shirt if you buy from http://www.mishirt.com However it will be tissue-thin and fall to bits within days.

  201. Robert

I have had problems with Mr Cloud also. I wish I had come across these forums earlier. He does not respond to emails or messages left on his website. I will try to get my money back via PayPal. I would suggest anyone considering doing business with Mr Cloud should not do so. How do companies like this still manage to trade when they are ripping people off?

  202. Donkey Sick

They are using the a little known law to avoid prosecution.

    See here:

    http://www.sxc.hu/pic/m/o/ow/ownmoment/694208_dead_fish.jpg

  203. Knobby

I order from http://www.miishirts.com and received nothing. No response from any emails sent. It seems that the whole mii-shirt concept was one big con.

  204. Mark O

Never order a t-shirt from Mr Cloud. The guy is a fraud and will be out of business soon.

  205. Mark O

    In fact he already has:

    http://www.awdconservancy.org/images/facts page/dead_dog.jpg

  206. Blondie

Oh dear, wish I’d have seen this before ordering, seems I have been mugged off too. I keep getting responses saying; wait 28 days – which is nearly here, but reading all of these comments leaves me with little faith of receiving the tshirt. Does anyone know who to contact to get this guy shut down and in some serious trouble!? Or how I go about getting a refund.

  207. Hesmondhalgh of Mr Cloud is using Worldpay now.

Blondie, the best way to hit this scammer where it hurts is to complain with his credit card processor and make sure they read the non delivering reports about him all over the Internet

If you paid with your card using them report him there now

Forget trading standards get him on the industry merchant blacklist — if he can’t take credit cards he’s out of business

Mr Cloud. Am still awaiting my kids’ Xmas t-shirts from last year. Following on from other people’s experiences, I will get all the information together tomorrow and take affirmative action.

I managed to get a refund through my credit card company. Mr Cloud no longer does business thru PayPal. They closed his account due to all the complaints so it will be hard to get a refund from PayPal, although if you did use your credit card then it should not be a problem getting a refund.
I have complained to the trading standards authority but nothing seems to have happened. He is still ripping people off.

The only way he is going to be prosecuted is if he is actually ripping people off. I think it is clear form the lack of action taken by TS that a lot of the claims against him aren’t actually true.

Mark O… or should we call you by your real name… Mr Cloud! Why don’t you actually respond to some of the many angry emails you get instead of hijacking this forum by stealing other users names and posting insane comments like the one above?????

Mr Cloud (also known as Craig Hesmondhalgh) is a rip-off merchant and has been ripping-off customers for a couple of years now. He will take your money and not send out the goods. He should be shut down and hopefully he will be. The fact that the TSA has not shut him down means nothing. Mark O… feel free to buy a t-shirt from Mr Cloud and see if you ever receive it.
