Ok everyone, from now until I say so I will be giving out a $25 threadless gift certificate for my favorite comment or trackback every week. I will also republish that comment or trackback as a post and link to your site if you have one
How to enter:
1. All you have to do to “enter” is leave a comment (including your email address which will not be published), or you can leave a trackback from your own site, both will be included in the competition.
2. Every week I will pick my favorite comment and republish it.
Thats it, have fun

BTW I love this threadless tee, I think the WTF makes it priceless
BTW I got the idea from Read/Write Web which is an awesome site on the topic of web2.0 and social media

My first reaction to that shirt was, that is way too reminiscent of the fisherman’s wife ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Dream_of_the_Fisherman’s_Wife ), which is totally a fetish, which is partly odd to be wearing around.
But then it was pointed out to me that, like, everything is a fetish, and the hentai angle kinda adds to its internet-awesome factor. So there’s that.
Wow, what an amazing connection, i’d not heard of that piece before. What is really interesting, especially to anyone that is familiar with Anime type stuff, is that The Dream of the Fisherman’s Wife is possibly one of the first examples of tentacle eroticism. Sometimes in modern reviews reffered to as “naughty tentacles” which I find rather amusing: http://www.abcb.com/ency/t/tentacle.htm
The Great Chuluthu is going to NOM NOM you!!
Dear Mr. Long,
I am still waiting for my “My Boobs Were on T-Critic and All I Got Was This Stupid T-shirt” t-shirt.
I will participate in this contest once my previous prize has been received.
Love,
Amanda C.
P.S.
I drew mine, woop woop. Excuse the cell-phone-quality-photo.

It’s so chilly walking around like that.
@Amanda, i’m working on it
@Dave, lol, that shoudl get an award for something!
Hoggboy (aaron hogg) has been on a rampage on threadless and the t-shirt world in general. When I saw this shirt on threadless I knew it signified the beginning of good things on threadless. Oversized prints, better inks, better designs. It’s the start of a revolution! Which coincidentally, the Threadless Loves Revolution contest winner will be decided soon and that in and of itself will be an awesome day for t-shirts everywhere!
Thanks for pointing me to Aaron Hogg, I was just at his site and I love his stuff, very cool.
