I’m not sure Twat means the same thing in the states. I for one, think it’s a term worth importing 
It is a colloquialism for vagina, but is used more as a term for and idiot. Usage: “awww, mate stop being such a twat”
Interestingly, gob is English slang for mouth, so the company is essentially called deathmouth… not quite so catchy. How about in french “Mort Bouche”.
