bluefishtshirts who sell the T-qualizer shirt just emailed me and want to give tcritic readers “20% any order by typing TCRITIC in the coupon code”. This isn’t an affiliate thing, i’m not getting any kickbacks, just a bonus for you good folks.

Enjoy, and have a great christmas everyone, i’m heading back to England to spend some time with family, so we might be a little less daily. Thanks for reading, emailing me t-shirt ideas, and making this such a fun thing to do.

Che-Bacca – Should be a t-shirt

Haccathreadless

This isn’t a shirt yet but you can go vote for it at threadless.

Also, here’s an older image that is pretty cool as well, this should certainly be a t-shirt:

Big up for boingboing and Charles the lawyer for emailing it to me

Ok, these guys totally rock, not just the one’s on the T-Shirt but the ones behind the shirt at Upper Playground. Not sure what this shirt is called, but it says aUP Men’s: Comedy on the page. Oh, and by the way if i’m not looking thrilled in this picture it’s because there’s a bunch of boxes in the background that need unpacking as i’m standing in my new apartment and it’s a freaking obstacle course right now. Anyway, here’s a close up of the shirt so you can see most of the characters

It’s certainly checking out the rest of the designs, they’ve got quite a selection, oh and they’re based in San Francisco :-)

Evidence Of Homework – Threadless

Dog ate my Homework

Although I had a dog growing up I have never used this excuse but I love this Homework Evidence T-Shirt, it’s seems like a joke that everyone would get. Anyway, it’s on sale for $10 and it seems like all the sizes are currently available.

This is a freaking sweet T-Shirt that my friend Scott had worn to to work. It’s a T-Shirt to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Bombing of Hiroshima, the cool thing is he bought it in Hiroshima. It’s a great design and has some really nice details on it which is why I got him to pose in it. Notice the cool Shinobi game we have in the office :-) You can play it online here if you want to reminisce about Ninja games. Anyway, this gets filed in the Best T-Shirt Ever category along with the other best T-shirts Ever :-)

Everyday Hero – From Mister Shape

Everydayhero 01

Wow, thanks to everyone who’s been sending me links and pics of t-shirts, I’ve found such great stuff. Here’s a recent fave from Mister Shape, one t-shirt for the Everyday Hero’s, the ones who plug away tirelessly everyday, never asking for any recognition, just a couch and a plasma to practice their craft. We salute you everyday hero’s no matter what your playing :-)

The Life Aquatic – T-Shirt From Waterloo

Liveaquatic Waterloo 01

One of my favorite quirky movies is The Life Aquatic and this is a great T-shirt honoring it. Waterloo ( ilovewaterloo.com ) has pulled together all the elements that made that film great from the hat, to the boat (the Belafonte), to the amazing acoustic, Brazilian versions of classic Bowie songs by Seu Jorge (great soundtrack makes for very mellow background music).

The folks at waterloo have even created a coupon code for tcritic readers 10% off: Tcritic (and no it’s not an affiliate thing I’m not getting anything except maybe a free shirt hint hint :-)

NinjaZoo – A New Way To Create And Share T-Shirts

ninja zoo t-shirt design

NinjaZoo is a startup that is going to allow people to play with, design, and apparently sell their own t-shirt designs online. Sign up for the beta and let me know what happens, it looks like fun. I love their logo, there is something cool about ninjas.

Cursers That Kill – From Mac Merc

Ninja Dreams – From the amazing OwlMovment

ninja dreams

Unfortunately I can’t deep link to specific shirts so you’ll have to go direct to owlmovement.com, but the designs are so awesome it is worth scrolling through the designs. Also check out this photo set on flickr of the OwlMovments secret Tee Shirt party they held in Ybor City (Miami), FL. Very cool stuff.

A Graphic Equalizer on a T-Shirt

t-qualizerWow, a t-shirt with a built in graphic equalizer, very cool for parties, but imagine how annoying it would be just talking to someone with this on, very distracting. But, boy if you want some attention I guess this’ll do it. You can get it online from the Uk for 19 quid, about $40, runs on a couple of AA batteries. File this under t-shirt 2.0 again ;-)

The T-Qualizer is a shirt with a built in sound sensitive graphic equalizer. As the music beats, the equalizer moves to the beat of the music! Each frequency of music will activate a different equalizer bar, just like the equalizer on your stereo at home! Ité─˘s a must have accessory for all concerts, parties or even raves! It has a fully functional Electro Luminescence panel with a battery pack that snuggles discretely into a pocket inside the T-shirt.

Hunter S. Thompson – When the Going Gets Weird, The Weird Turn Pro

Hunter Montage

The mullet is extra :-) Anyway, these crazy French Spanish guys at Le Filtre Demonde have some very cool, relatively high-brow t-shirts. Put it this way, if you think “i’m with stupid” is the height of t-shirt comedy, you’re going to hate these :-)

RTFM people

This is genius, I love this shirt, it is so clever. From all-tribes.com, looks like their in europe, but the shipping is pretty reasonable and they seem to have their shit together.

On a related note the Communist Party Shirt I blogged about a while ago has been one of the most popular posts on the site, go revisit some classic tcritic :-)

BTW Kathy Sierrra has been writing some great stuff on her blog “creating passionate users” about how companies should approach creating manuals.

Cheers,
