This t-shirt Extinction is sold through an online retailer called Greenloop which is dedicated to organic, sustainable, and eco-friendly clothing.

If you are interested in sustainability I highly recommend reading the The Omnivore’s Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals, it is obviously nothing to do with clothing, but it is a real eye opener as to what organic and sustainable really means. Just because something says organic doesn’t mean it hasn’t been shipped around the world, the point being it’s worth thinking critically about this before you just jump on something because it says organic.
The secret word/trivia today is related to the movie still bellow, be the first to name the movie and the actor in the comments and you win a $25 Threadless gift certificate.

Wow– I just looked up Tarantino as an actor in IMDB because I was curious if he ever played Elvis– he was on “The Golden Girls” …. Elvis Impersonator (2 episodes, 1988-1990).
Weird.
it was totally val kilmer. now how about some bonus points for someone that hasn’t won yet???
Yeah, Val Kilmer, as Ron won the main thing i’ll give the bonus GC to Travis
I loved that film, just an amazing cast, one of Brad Pitt’s best roles ever!
Do I get any extra bonus points if I mention that Clarence Whorley’s son in the movie was named Elvis?
awesome! thank you!!!
I know from first hand that organic cotton clothing is a great way to naturally alleviate some skin conditions.
That is an easy call since conventional methods of cotton production use such harsh chemicals.
I have heard some varying numbers on the amount, but everyone agrees the chemicals just are bad for the earth and us.
“Traditional cotton production also attributes to 25% of worldwide insecticide use and 10% of worldwide pesticide use.”
