Dangerous Breed T-Shirts

Dangerous Breed is a bit of a ‘thinking mans’ bustedtees, a sort of local NPR of t-shirts. I particularly like the psudo-tourista t-shirts which are so deliciously ironic. I usually focus on one t-shirt per post, maybe two, but these are worth a look.

Nice shirts, but is any t-shirt worth $33? I look forward to picking these up at a thrift store sometime in the future.

    These shirts are smart!

    I’d pay 33 bucks. they’re hand screened.

Also, i’d be less likely to go somewhere and see someone with the same tee shirt as me.

Yeah, I think $33 is ok, these are definitely not your run of the mill shirts. I think the subtle irony and the price guarantee these will not be mass market, and that’s a good thing :-)

seriously. the crappiest shirts these days (e.g. urban outfitters) run you $25. less than that you’re getting a homer simpson t-shirt on canal street or K-mart. $33 is not bad for hand-screened…..

$33 is ridiculous for manufactured irony. Hand-screened or not.

I love some of those shirts and would pick up a couple if they were reasonably priced. Too bad they had to mark them up 500% or so.
