Hold up, I thought Christian Bale was English?
He is. Notice how he bobs in and out of British/American accents probably because it's easier to hang on to an accent all day than turn it “on and off.” Note he sounds mostly American but he drops into British English with “ideaR.”
Amusing btw. Doesn't match my LAX airport blowup though. Lol

He is sooo HOT! oh and by the way christian bale is ENGLISH not welsh! hes got nothing to do with wales he was just born there to ENGLISH parents! he lived in wales for 2 YEARS!!! he speakes with a natural english accent when hes not putting on his american voice! all these people being all proud cus they think hes welsh are stupid!
