You may notice some advertising spots opening up on the right there, I’m selling these ads through a pretty interesting service called “project wonderful“, sounds awesome, right? Anyway, they sell ads using a very innovative transparent auction, where advertisers bid on how much they want to spend for the ad to show up for a day. I think this is a very important advertising model for very niche blogs where we don’t necessarily have masses of traffic but we may be influencial in a very narrow area. Most web advertising is based on quantity and you need to have crazy traffic to really do well. Same thing goes really for ad words.
Anyway, I am interested in your feedback and will try to maintain quality ads that don’t detract from the site (I do get to approve ads so ads that suck may not get in).
Oh, and click here if you want one of those sweet 125×125 ad spots on the right, seriously those “your ad here” images are horrendous
