Tom Burns is the fraud here. I came up with this design more than 3 years ago. The only difference is that I did not post my shirt up on a large t-shirt site such as Threadless. Sure your shirt seems to be the “original” one, but that is only due to exposure. Any true fan of Quirk Dog knows that this design has been up before yours. Anyways, my you cannot copyright an IDEA, only execution. Our designs are unique, my slogan is unique along with the total overall execution. So go ahead and see if you (Tom Burns) can get a cease order, because a counter suit is what would be called to hand.
